In this context, the Firm provides assistance and consultancy on immigration in favor of foreigners to Italy and those from Italy to some foreign Countries, through professional and qualified services, such as:

• assistance during the administrative procedure in the Public Administration (Police Stations, City Hall, Consulates, Embassies – Territorial Governmental Offices);


• assistance and consultancy for the application and renewal of the residence permit “permesso di soggiorno” (for independent or subordinate work, family reunion, study, elective residence);


• assistance and consultancy for the Italian citizenship (by marriage, by residence, by descent from an Italian citizen).

In particular, also thanks to the network of foreign professionals, the Firm assists:

• foreign citizens in Italy along the administrative procedure aimed at obtaining the documents in the Country of origin, co-related legalization and certified translations;


• Italian citizens who are going abroad, along the administrative procedure at the respective consulates, whether for a visa as for all the preliminary activities and related ones.
